RETAIL RETURN POLICY

In order to provide quality and fashionable accessories at an affordable price, Aviva Boutiques Ltd. (shopaviva.com) is required to maintain a strict return policy.

For items purchased through an Aviva Stylist:
It is the sole discretion of your Aviva Stylist as to whether or not returns will be accepted. Please discuss this matter with your Stylist before purchasing from him/her.

For items purchased from a Stylist’s e-boutique:
Upon delivery of the items, be sure to inspect them carefully. If you choose not to keep any item, the Aviva office must be contacted and product will be brought back to our offices and a refund will be made. Once receipt of the goods has been accepted, the sale is final.

For items purchased through the Aviva Website (without a Stylist):
Upon delivery of the items, be sure to inspect them carefully. If you choose not to keep any item, the product will be brought back to our offices and a refund will be made. Once receipt of the goods has been accepted, the sale is final.

For items that break or are damaged, contact your Stylist to see if she can fix the piece wiith her repair kit.  You can also contact the Aviva office to see if the piece can be repaired by the head office in Yaba.

*It should be noted that Basic Stylists can return all items they purchase online for a store credit (a small restocking fee applies).  Becoming a Basic Stylist is free and comes with discounts and benefits, take advantage of the opportunity!
